What are McClainRelics3D pieces made from?
Pieces are made from lightweight, durable 3D-printed PLA and then hand-finished. The manufacturing method is part of the process and is not disguised as stone, metal, or another expensive material.
Where are the pieces made?
McClainRelics3D is a one-person studio in Westminster, Orange County, California. Products are 3D-printed and hand-finished in Southern California.
Which finishes are available?
Common finishes include antique gold, marble or stone white, black, and two-tone bronze. Available choices vary by product, so check the finish options on the product page.
Will every hand-finished piece look identical?
No. Minor variation in a hand-applied finish is normal and gives each piece individual character. Product dimensions are approximate.
Processing and Shipping
How long does an order take to process?
Orders are normally prepared in 2–5 business days before shipment.
Where do you ship?
Orders currently ship within the United States only and originate in Southern California.
How will I know how a piece mounts?
Mounting methods and included hardware vary by design. Check the individual product description for the mounting method and what is included.
Returns and Delivery Problems
What is the return window?
Returns are accepted within 30 days, subject to the conditions in the Refund Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email orders@mcclainrelics3d.com with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will respond within two business days and help with the next steps.
