Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the piece must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. To start a return, email orders@mcclainrelics3d.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and insured service. We cannot issue a refund for a return that does not arrive, or that arrives damaged.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your piece arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of both the item and the packaging. We will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping, at no cost to you. Please keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized commissions made to your specification, and items marked final sale, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Depending on your bank or card issuer, additional time may pass before the refund appears on your statement.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.
