Shipping policy

Processing Time

Every piece is made and hand-finished to order. Orders ship within 2 to 5 business days of purchase. During high-volume periods this may take longer, and we will contact you if your order is delayed.

 

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

 

Shipping Methods and Delivery

Orders ship via USPS or UPS with tracking included. Typical delivery is 3 to 7 business days after your order ships. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

 

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to begin updating.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address.

 

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly. If your order has not yet shipped, email orders@mcclainrelics3d.com and we will correct it.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your order was delivered but you have not received it, please check with others in your household and any secure locations where carriers commonly leave packages. If it still cannot be located, contact the carrier to file a claim and email us so we can assist.

 

Damaged in Transit

Items damaged during shipping are covered under our Refund Policy. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
